WallByrd Theatre Co. is back with a new action-packed mash-up of William Shakespeare’s greatest hits. This year they’re “bending” convention to bring out the Bard’s inner beast! It’s stage combat in the center ring as "BardBending: Fight Club Edition" samples a slew of Shakespeare’s best-known (and a few unexpected) conflicts. Be it blades or bare knuckles, it’s a bloody free-for-all featuring the company's signature blend of pop culture and classics.

The Writer's Fairytale (by Kindred Soles)

A writer creates an educational show about the structure of a story, with a fairy tale setting. All bets are off when the prince fights with his words, the princess is not all that she seems, and the evil queen just wants to show off. The duo of Aspie Works founder Justin Rielly and ex-Geva Comedy Improv artist Danielle Erway create this freeform love letter to writing, and what happens when “once upon a time” gets silly and fun.

"Performing Valeska" is a dance/theatre solo based on the life of avant-garde performer, Valeska Gert. A unique, pioneering artist who thrived in Berlin during the 20s but was ultimately banned during WWII, Gert challenged her audiences with groundbreaking live performances. Oakland, CA's Janet Collard embodies Valeska, recreating her costumes, words, and famous theatrical solos. Witness a resurrection of the incomparable artist Valeska Gert as Collard brings her wild, feminist artistry and anarchy to a 21st-century audience.

Becoming Grandma Kat: One-Man Show

The Sammich: An Evening of Improvised Theatre

The cast of SkittleFit has been performing its unique brand of improvised comedy since 2013. In addition to their regular shows at the Salt City Improv Theatre in Syracuse, they’ve performed at festivals and events including the Albany Improv Festival and the Del Close Marathon in NYC.
