Healthcare Coverage For All!

September 23rd at 3:45pm

A health care patient of color is misdiagnosed and does not get the same treatment as a white person, who receives better care. The patient is sent to the pharmacy for medication, but cannot afford their prescription. The patient also has a language barrier and has trouble communicating. This piece does not have a “happy ending,” but shows the reality that many people of color experience. With music by recording artist John Akers, a staple of the Rochester music scene
