This is the first-ever show created by Tetra Dance Company, a new, Rochester-based company directed by Iyana Voltaire. "The Sum" takes viewers into a new world where dancers are forced into structure and isolation. We see the perspectives of different people in this society and find what it takes to bring them together. The movement is unique in incorporating a variety of dance aesthetics and emphasizing athleticism, storytelling, and musicality.
