Velocity is a student-run urban dance team at RIT that aims to foster a supportive environment so that members can freely express themselves. The group hopes to inspire people to live out their passions. Specialized in styles including hip hop, Afro-Caribbean, Latin, stepping, Bhangra, K-Pop, contemporary and more. Velocity hosts urban dance workshops open to the public.
