The Latin Rhythm Dance Club at the Rochester Institute of Technology is open to all levels of experience and exhibits a wide variety of styles—including salsa, bachata, and merengue—through lessons, performances, and events. The club also engages with the Latin dance community in Rochester by attending local dance events, hosting events, and hiring instructors who are knowledgeable in other styles of dance. Come out to our Latin dance showcase and dance with us!

WADAIKO Performance

We are WADAIKO—Rochester's one and only taiko group! Based at the Rochester Institute of Technology, WADAIKO is here to bring everyone the joy and energy of Japanese taiko drumming. Join us as we play a selection of our favorites: traditional Japanese songs, modern Western taiko compositions, and even a self-composed piece. In addition to drums, our songs also use instruments such as a Japanese flute and bells.

Courtyard

Courtyard is a fully independent band from Rochester. When asked what genre they play, they ... stumble.
