Music as Medicine: Intercutural Healing Through Song

Mount Hope World Singers, (Annika Bentley), composers and musical

artists Ken Luk, (mbira), Leah Oh, (pipa), and Alyssa Rodriguez,

(nyckelharpa), and choreographer Donetta Tchoroleev will present an

immersive, mulit-disciplinary concert which will draw on and reinterpret

global historical examples of music as medicine, creating a

transformative new work and audience experience focused on common

humanity and emphasizing healing connection.
