What the Fach?!

The opera industry uses the German "Fach" system to classify specific voice types, and “What the Fach?!” expands the possibilities of performance beyond these categories. This cabaret show reimagines the operatic canon through recasting and reinterpreting the repertoire. The pieces presented will span from Baroque to contemporary works by living LGBTQ+ composers, allowing opera artists and audiences to envision a more inclusive future for this art form.

The Zoo Story

WallByrd Theatre is proud to present Edward Albee's "The Zoo Story." On a lone bench in the heart of Central Park, a chance encounter pulls two strangers into an absurd and compelling encounter.
