A Day in the Life of the Forcibly Displaced
According to the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC)’s report from 2017, one in every 113 people are now forcibly displaced (FD). Of those, 20 people are displaced every minute due to conflict or persecution. This photography installation focuses on the living conditions and spaces of the 65.6 million people whom the world has left behind. The installation's imagery focuses on living conditions of the FD in Athens, Beirut, and the Calais Jungle, among others.
