Plasticiens Volants in BIG BANG

Friday & Saturday on the Fringe
September 15 & 16, 8pm, Parcel 5
FREE

Captivating the world on a grand scale for 40 years with its jaw-dropping form of spectacular street theatre, world renowned French company Plasticiens Volants makes its U.S. premiere with BIG BANG. Featuring giant inflatables, this extraordinary show combines huge floating creatures with projected images, music, and pyrotechnics to tell an unforgettable story. Are you awake? Or dreaming?

A soaring history of the creation of the world, BIG BANG is a story around very human questions. Who are we? Where do we come from? Where are we going? This we know for certain: We are not sure of anything!

Is there a beginning? What was there before the beginning? An end? Perhaps. Then what? We're cracking open the door to give you a glimpse of a surreal voyage through time and space.

The universe is calling. And it’s spectacular.

Renowned for creating high-profile experiences in the skies, squares, and streets of five continents - and now Fringe - Plasticiens Volants' most recent wow was for the 2016 Olympics in Rio.

Say it with us: PLASTICIENS VOLANTS

Be awed with us: Friday & Saturday on the Fringe, September 15 and 16, at Parcel 5 (adjacent to 1 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604) otherwise known as the alternate universe.
